- Quick vacancy turnovers, construction services
- Completion of work orders on a timely basis, complete facilities maintenance including regular inspections, walk throughs and energy efficiency optimization.
- Space planning and architectural evaluation
- Oversee planning, permitting of build outs, remodels, and building improvements
- Make referrals to outside expert resources, such as attorneys, accountants, etc.
- Provide Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable and Receivable budgeting, and monthly financial reporting.
- Commercial leasing including lease renewals and new tenants.
