Completion of work orders on a timely basis, complete facilities maintenance including regular inspections, daily, weekly, or monthly walk throughs and energy efficiency optimization.
Space planning and architectural evaluation
Oversee planning, permitting of build outs, remodels, and building improvements
Make referrals to outside experts, such as attorneys and accountants
Provide Bookkeeping including collecting rents and paying bills, and monthly financial reporting
